Pumpkin Patch

This weekend Ryan and I decided to get the girls some fresh air.  That is a little hard to do because we do not get Lexi out amongst the common folk for fear of germs and such.  Since Lexi and Kaylee were so sick last week, we thought a good trip to the country for some fresh air and sunshine would be just what the doctor ordered!  We took the girls to the Corn Maize and Pumpkin Patch....something that we like to do every year. The day was perfect; the sky was blue and there was a nice warm breeze.

We loaded Lil Bit up in the carrier, her new favorite teether,
and set out to enjoy the day at Country Fun Farms.

LuLu accessorized her outfit with a orange and white striped Halloween hat...so cute!

Kaylee enjoyed playing in the Corn Bin, monitored by the "Corn Cops"....

I really enjoyed getting to spend some much needed time with both of my girls. There were so many activities to participate in...all of which were included in the ticket price.  Kaylee got to play in the corn, swing and jump on the different toys, run through the maize and hop on a hayride out to the pumpkin patch.

Here are a few pictures of the festivities!

We had a blast once we got out to the pumpkin patch. We searched far and wide, down to the levee for the perfect pumpkins......and we found them :)

A field full of pumpkins....which one will we choose?

Kaylee choose a green pumpkin...as she does every year.

And the winner is........

I think we picked the perfect pumpkins!

Pop's masterpiece!

Ka prepping for the big one!

Didn't he do an amazing job?!

All in all, we had an amazing Saturday. Great family fun! We also decorated the yard a bit, putting ghost lights along the flowerbed for Kaylee.
